7. Comments and user-generated content (community guidelines)
By publishing a comment or review on Cronetik.com, the user confirms authorship of the text and accepts the rules set out below. The same rules apply to all types of user-generated content (UGC) published on the platform.
7.1 Prohibited content
It is strictly prohibited to publish content that:
- promotes hate speech based on race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender, or nationality
- contains threats, calls for violence, or terrorism
- represents illegal content (child abuse, drugs, illegal weapons, pirated material)

The author of a removed comment will be notified by e-mail with a brief statement of reasons (in compliance with the EU Digital Services Act).
7.3 Intellectual property in comments
By publishing a comment, the user grants Cronetik LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

- transfer the comment for moderation and analysis purposes
- shorten or format the comment strictly for technical purposes (e.g. removing illegal portions)
- retain anonymized copies beyond the retention period stated in the Privacy Policy
The user retains all copyright in their original text. Cronetik makes no ownership claim over the ideas or expression of the user.
7.4 Reporting inappropriate content
Any visitor may report a problematic comment by e-mail to support@cronetik.com. In the report, please include:
- the URL of the page where the comment appears
- a brief description of why you consider the comment inappropriate
We will process the report without undue delay and, if justified, remove the comment and notify its author.
7.5 Age restrictions
Comments may only be submitted by persons aged 16 and older, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By ticking the checkbox when submitting a comment, the user confirms meeting this age requirement.
